Viking

Hey everyone! I just finished working on an awesome illustration that I wanted to share with you all. It's inspired by the fantastic film "Viking" directed by Robert Eggers.

I was completely captivated by the film's stunning visuals and the raw intensity of the Viking culture depicted in it. The characters, the landscapes, and the overall atmosphere truly left a lasting impression on me.

In this illustration, I aimed to capture the essence of the film by showcasing a fierce Viking warrior standing proudly on a rugged cliff, overlooking a vast and treacherous sea. The use of bold and dynamic brush strokes adds a sense of movement and energy, mirroring the protagonist's determination and strength.

The color palette I chose reflects the film's dark and moody tones, with deep blues and grays dominating the scene. I wanted to evoke a sense of mystery and danger, as well as pay homage to the film's overall aesthetic.

Creating this piece was a thrilling challenge, as I wanted to do justice to the incredible visuals and storytelling of "Viking". I hope that my illustration captures a small part of the film's magic and transports you to this captivating world.
